There is a NZ$25 per person non-refundable deposit on
all shuttle bookings. Your seat will only be confirmed once
the deposit has been paid.

Full payment is
required at least 7 days prior to departure.

A full refund less the non-refundable
deposit will be given if the booking is cancelled more than 21
days before departure. A 50% refund of the full price
will be given if the booking is cancelled 7-21 days prior to
departure. There is no refund for bookings cancelled less than
7 days prior to departure.

Shuttle assumes no responsibility for any personal loss, injury,
damage or delay. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any
trips and departure dates for any reason. We recommend that you
take out travel insurance.
Credit card
transactions
We accept payment by both Visa and Mastercard.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the
credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This
means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to
convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange
rate on the day it is processed.
